New Update to Liquid Pay App Offers Mobile-first Customer Engagement to Hawkers Across Singapore
SINGAPORE, 15 September, 2017 – Mobile payments technology company, Liquid Group, has released a new version of the Liquid Pay mobile payment app that includes many new features that will enhance the cashless payment experience for consumers and merchants. The new version of the app introduces the ability to provide consumers with personalized offers and promotions based on sophisticated analysis of each user’s purchasing behavior.
These new “smart marketing” features, powered by Liquid Group’s advanced machine learning driven platform, offer merchants intelligent analytics and campaign management tools and capabilities that empower them to better understand, influence, and enhance their customers’ purchasing behaviors. The new app also features an improved, user-friendly interface, a shop packed with great deals and offers that users can save or share with friends, a gift box where users will receive their personalized offers, and a new integrated checkout experience that ensures users never miss out on a deal or promotion.
Liquid Pay is launching its mobile-first customer engagement capabilities in partnership with Singapore hawkers island-wide, bringing its big-data-based marketing toolkits to a large portion of the retail market that has yet to maximize the potential of digital analytics. Starting today, hawkers who are on the Liquid Pay platform will be able to use the Liquid app to push offers and promotions to consumers who match key criteria – for example, Liquid Pay users who frequently shop nearby at dinner time, and who often buy a certain type of dish.
