Liquid Group was founded to transform the future of payments. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Korvac Holdings Pte Ltd., an investment holding and management company specializing in payments technology.

Liquid Group is headquartered in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Jeremy is the founder of Liquid Group, and as CEO, he leads a senior cross functional team that is building the future of cashless payment at Liquid Group. Jeremy has a proven track record of founding and investing in high-value payment technology companies such as Card Alliance and PaymentLink.

Matt Quinlan

Chief Technology Officer

Matt is responsible for the development and security of Liquid Group’s interoperable payment platform and partner ecosystem. Matt joined Liquid from Visa -- where he rose to be global CTO – bringing a wealth of experience in building high performance teams to create innovative payment solutions across multiple markets and cultures.

Emily Low

General Counsel

Emily leads legal affairs at Liquid Group, including compliance, licensing, regulatory matters and government affairs. Her legal and advisory experience spans from corporate, commercial, mergers & acquisitions, and investment funds. Emily was previously a partner at White & Case LLP and head of the firm’s Singapore investment funds practice.

Julia Atwood

Head of Business

In her role as Chief Business Officer, Julia Atwood leverages winning trends to penetrate new markets for Liquid Group. She oversees all aspects of finance, strategy, fundraising and marketing. Most recently she was CEO at Tesco Digital Venture (Singapore) where she executed the market entry strategy to bring an immersive omni-channel Tesco brand experience to Southeast Asia (SEA). She also led the strategic and operating partnership with Lazada, SEA’s online shopping leader, including Tesco’s sale of half its stake to Alibaba.

Robert Stables

Head of Operations

Rob has more than 25 years of financial markets experience ranging from investment banking to payments processing. At Liquid Group, Rob is responsible for global operations, drawing on his broad and deep skills from software project management through to resource and team development.

Tay Tiong Hean

Executive Vice President, Market Development

Tiong Hean is responsible for developing business opportunities and partnerships for Liquid Group. He also has international fintech expertise in green field markets, focusing on mobile/digital payments services, ecommerce, digital marketing and wallets. Prior to MasterCard, Tiong Hean held various senior management consumer and corporate roles at SingTel.
